Cancellation Policy
KS Brows Booking & Cancellation Policy
At KS Brows, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To respect all clients and maintain quality service, the following policies apply:
💳 Deposit Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your total service cost.
• No deposit = no appointment.
⏰ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.
🚫 No-Show Policy
• Clients who do not show up without notice will forfeit their deposit.
• Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Rescheduling
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
• Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
Late Policy
• Please arrive on time.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Promotion Appointments
• Promotional pricing is valid only within the stated dates.
• Missed or rescheduled promo appointments outside the promotional window may be subject to regular pricing.
